Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
By purchasing a consultation service, course, or resource from ConfidentlyTech ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("the Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the provision of our tech advisory services, courses, and digital resources, outlining the responsibilities of both parties.

2. Scope of Services and Products
Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

  • Online and offline tech consultation services.

  • Courses on technology platforms, tools, hiring recommendations, and best practices.

  • Downloadable or online resources, including guides, templates, and other digital materials.

The advice and content provided are based on our professional expertise and industry standards but do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from implementing our recommendations, course content, or digital resources. The Client acknowledges that technology solutions and industry trends evolve, and our advice and materials should be assessed in the context of the Client's unique requirements.

4. Fees and Payment
All consultations, courses, and digital resources must be paid in full before access is granted.

Fees for online courses are non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fees for consultation services are fully refundable if the Client cancels any sessions at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Any additional services beyond the initial purchase may incur further charges. All prices are stated in GBP (ÂŁ) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate information and disclose relevant details to enable us to offer informed advice and educational content. We are not responsible for any misinterpretation or incomplete information provided by the Client that may affect the effectiveness of our consultations, courses, or resources.

6. Prohibited Activities
Clients agree not to:

  • Use our consultations, courses, or resources for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.

  • Share, distribute, resell, or reproduce our materials without explicit written permission.

  • Engage in any activity that infringes on our intellectual property rights.

  • Use our services to promote or support harmful, offensive, or unethical activities.

  • Provide false or misleading information during consultations or course participation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, website, or any protected content.

  • Attempt to hack, introduce malware, or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code that could compromise the security of our website or services.

  • Post, upload, or share any content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s use of or reliance on our advice, courses, or resources. The Client assumes full responsibility for any decisions made based on the content provided. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during consultations or course interactions. However, we may disclose information if required by law.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • Consultations: Clients may request to reschedule their consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

  • Courses and Resources: Due to the digital nature of courses and resources, refunds will only be considered if access has not been granted or if there is a technical issue preventing access that we are unable to resolve.

10. Intellectual Property
All materials, recommendations, and content provided through consultations, courses, and resources remain our intellectual property. Clients may use the provided advice and materials for their personal or business use but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without our explicit consent.

11. Access to Online Courses and Resources
Clients purchasing online courses or digital resources will be granted access for a specified period, as stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update or remove content at our discretion without prior notice.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services and materials constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
